Rivers Turn lots are now open and available for sale. Single-family lots start at $59,900.
Wrapped in a green blanket of mature oaks and encircled by the Yahara River, this residential neighborhood on two open hills provides the perfect setting for a year-round active family lifestyle. All of Conservancy Place's trail system comes together in Rivers Turn. A large Community Park and a proposed School site are planned here, providing a lively community focal point and family activity center. There is also the fen, a first class spring-fed wetland offering some of the best birding and nature-watching available in this part of the state. This area is sure to become a natural classroom for local school programs, teaching a new generation at Conservancy Place about the ecological legacy of their neighborhood.
Single-Family Lots - All roads lead to the park. That's the feeling you will have within Rivers Turn, where our street pattern brings the focus, and the neighbors, to the proposed Community Park/Elementary School site. Yet all of the single-family lot styles can be found in this neighborhood. You will be able to choose from more traditional lots near the park, larger lots next to the nature conservancy or estate lots nestled in the trees.
All single family lots at Rivers Turn are exclusively listed with the A to Z Team at First Weber. For more information, please contact first Weber at 608-219-0870.
Condominium Homes - For the feel of your own home without the need for yard maintenance, condominium homes are planned along the nature conservancy. We expect a mix of duplex and four- to six-unit buildings, many overlooking the conservancy, and all easily accessible to the trail system and park/school site.
Apartments Homes- For truly carefree living, apartment homes are planned in Rivers Turn. The sites currently set aside for apartment homes are conveniently located, yet overlook a greenway, our trail system and the park/school site.
Conservancy Place nor the developers control whether a school is approved for the proposed site. This is entirely up to the DeForest area school district.
