Construction has begun on the newest neighborhood in Conservancy Place. Rivers Turn, when complete,  will have over 120 single-family lots, three condominum lots, two apartment lots, a Community Park and possibly a school site for the DeForest Area School District (DASD). The DASD has complete discretion on where new schools are built and althought the DASD likes the site in Rivers Turn the DASD has not committed to building a school in Rivers Turn. The developer continues to work with the DASD in an effort to get a school located in Rivers Turn. The school site is also a joint site with a Village of DeForest Community Park. The Community Park will be in Rivers Turn and the Village of DeForest will be developing the park. It is an exciting time for Conservancy Place and the next neighborhood begins to grow.
