Under Construction – First Mixed-Use Project in Conservancy Place!

CF Investments of McFarland has started construction of the first mixed-use project in Conservancy Place. As you can see in the above picture, the parking structure is nearly completed.

 
Located in Innovation Springs at the corner of Innovation Drive and River Road, this building will include 125 apartments on three floors with 4,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor. The unique feature of this project is that the design is what is known as a Texas Wrap building. This means that there is a parking structure in the center of the building with the apartments built around the outside of the parking structure. The top level of the parking structure will include outdoor amenities for the residents including a sports court and gathering spaces.

This will be an incredible amenity for the building’s residents. In addition to the 125 apartment units, CF Investments will also be developing 43 condominiums in a 27-unit, a 10-unit, and a 6-unit building on the adjacent site. This project will add a variety of housing options for Deforest residents that had previously been unavailable. The 125 unit apartment building is projected to be completed in the summer of 2022.
